Pix AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By opening an account or using Pix AI in any way you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the whole agreement between you and Pix AI.

2. Definitions

"Pix AI", "we" and "us" mean the operator of pix-ai.org. "You" means the account holder. "Companion" means a generated character available inside Pix AI. "Content" means text, images, audio and other material sent or produced through the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must also be in a place where adult entertainment services are lawful. Accounts that misstate age are closed without refund.

4. Nature of the service

Pix AI provides entertainment. Companions are fictional and generated; they are not people, therapists, doctors, lawyers or financial advisers. Nothing produced in a chat should be treated as professional advice.

5. Your account

One person, one account. Give accurate details, keep them current, and do not sell, rent, share or transfer your account to anybody else.

6. Login security

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us immediately at support@pix-ai.org if you believe someone else has access.

7. Free access

Pix AI offers a free tier with daily limits. Free access is provided as it stands, and the limits and features it includes may change at any time.

8. Subscriptions and pricing

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown at checkout, in the currency shown, and taxes are added where the law requires. Prices may change with notice before your next billing date.

9. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using your stored payment method, until you cancel. Renewal reminders are sent where local law requires them.

10. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account screen. Cancellation stops the next charge and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

11. Refunds

Digital access begins immediately, so payments are generally non-refundable. Where consumer law grants a withdrawal right, or where a technical fault stopped you using a paid feature, contact support and we will resolve it fairly.

12. Credits and virtual items

Credits, gifts and other virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside Pix AI, and expire when the account closes.

13. Acceptable use

Use Pix AI for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not scrape it, resell access, reverse engineer it, overload it, bypass limits, or use automated tools against it.

14. Prohibited content and conduct

You must never attempt to generate or request material involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, non-consensual acts, terrorism, trafficking, self-harm instructions, or anything else illegal. Such attempts are logged, blocked and may be reported to authorities.

15. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Pix AI a limited licence to store, process and display it strictly in order to run the service for you.

16. Our intellectual property

The Pix AI name, logo, interface, code, artwork and companion designs belong to Pix AI or its licensors. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

17. Generated output

Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, repetitive or inconsistent. You use it at your own discretion, and you may not present it as the words or likeness of a real person.

18. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, outages and feature changes happen, and we may modify or discontinue parts of Pix AI at any time.

19. Support

Support is provided by email at support@pix-ai.org. We normally reply within two working days; paid members are answered first.

20. Third-party services

Payment providers, hosting partners and other third parties support Pix AI under their own terms. We are not responsible for their independent acts or omissions.

21. Suspension

We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, security risk, or a breach of sections thirteen or fourteen.

22. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate this agreement for material breach, or for convenience with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any unused paid period.

23. Disclaimers

Pix AI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

24. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pix AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

25. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses, claims and costs that arise from your misuse of Pix AI or from your breach of these terms.

26. Disputes and governing law

Contact us first; almost everything is resolved that way. If it is not, the agreement is governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

27. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for material updates we notify account holders in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
